5.2 Any form of cheating, misconduct, abusive behaviour, manipulation, or rule violation will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
5.3 The decision of the organisers in all matters related to the competition shall be final and binding.
6. Technical Disclaimer
6.1 Sqratch is not responsible for internet disruptions, platform outages, technical failures, or device-related issues experienced by participants.
6.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet access and compatible devices.
7. Prize Policy
7.1 Prizes, if applicable, will be awarded as per the competition rules communicated before the event.
7.2 Prize distribution timelines and method will be communicated to winners separately.
7.3 Sqratch reserves the right to verify participant eligibility before awarding any prize.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The maximum liability of Sqratch under any circumstance shall not exceed the registration fee paid by the participant.
8.2 Sqratch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from participation in the competition.
9. Data Usage
9.1 Participant information collected during registration will be used solely for communication and administration of the competition.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration and making payment, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
